Our mission is to make sure you get the care you need from the comfort of your home. When I had my son, I started getting low back pain. But it felt impossible to get to a PT appointment with a little one, and once I finally had the time, I couldn't find a specialist nearby. As years went by, my back pain remained, and new issues like bladder leaks began to appear.

It was this experience that inspired me to pursue specialized training in postpartum physical therapy and begin a clinic that could bring care to you. You deserve to experience postpartum without pain.

In my free time, I love spending quality time with my son, camping in the great outdoors, and traveling to national parks.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to help you heal, on your time, from the comfort of your home.

Pregnancy and birth are big undertakings for your body to handle and I am here to help! We tailor our approach to your functional needs and lifestyle to improve your quality of life.

In my free time, I enjoy dancing, strength training, hiking, and traveling. I also love being curled up with a good (pelvic health) book!

It is an honor to work with you on your healing journey into parenthood!

As a postpartum physical therapist, I am dedicated to helping women through compassionate, evidence-based care, so they can thrive in motherhood with confidence and strength.

With over 20 years of experience in acute hospital settings, including more than a decade providing care in postpartum and labor & delivery units, I developed a strong passion for supporting individuals through the profound physical changes that occur during pregnancy and childbirth. This commitment led me to earn the APTA Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB) and complete the CAPP-Pelvic Physical Therapy training, along with numerous continuing education courses to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices.

When I’m not working with patients, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and tending to my garden.

It is my great honor to be part of one of the most meaningful journeys in your life.
