Yes! We are 100% online, eliminating the need to leave your home or account for travel time. This means you can receive therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space, making it easier to prioritize your recovery and fit it into your schedule.

 Book a FREE 15-minute consultation online to see how postpartum physical therapy can support your recovery. During the call, we’ll discuss your needs and schedule your comprehensive evaluation with a specialized postpartum physical therapist—so you can start feeling better as soon as possible.

Your initial evaluation will last between 60 to 75 minutes and will be conducted by an experienced physical therapist specializing in postpartum care. During this session, your PT will:

• Discuss your concerns and goals – You'll go over your symptoms, daily activities, and any challenges you're facing.
• Perform a thorough physical assessment – This may include movement tests, strength and flexibility assessments, and other necessary evaluations.
• Explain findings – Your PT will walk you through your diagnosis, underlying impairments, and how they contribute to your symptoms.
• Develop a personalized plan – Together, you’ll set goals and discuss an estimated number of visits needed to achieve them. Your PT will guide you through selecting the best package for your needs. 
• Receive a customized home exercise program (HEP) – After your session, your PT will send you a written plan with pictures and clear instructions to help you progress between visits.

We understand that every client journey is unique. Treatment duration is tailored to your needs and avilability. Treatment sessions typically last 40 to 55 minutes.

Yes! You’re welcome to reach out with brief clinical questions between sessions. Your PT will respond within 24-48 business hours. For more in-depth concerns, they may suggest discussing them in your next session.
